This is the sound of a small waterfall i have that falls onto some rock steps and into a coy pond. You can hear the water plashing on the rocks and bubbling up through the filters. Also light environmental sounds in the background - birds chirping, someone building something, kids. Recorded with a tascam dr-40, at-875r mic and love.

I´m filling a glass of water in my kitchen. Recorded with my zoom h4n pro and edited by wave lab.

Upper maxwell falls, evergreen, co, at the top of the falls. Recorded a little before dusk, 2017-07-19. Recorded binaurally using sound professionals ms-tfb-2 binaural microphone headset, 12vdc battery box, sound devices mixpre-6 at 24/192. Postprocessing: digital gain, downsampled to 16/48. Flac: encoded. The rock formations here play appealing tricks with the sound of the running and falling stream. Facing out over falls dropoff, vaguely. A lot of digital gain (+30db?) was applied in postprocessing. The analog preamp was originally set to +21db on the aux-in (ch5/6) input, but this may not have been the optimal gain staging. It's co2-saturated water being jettisoned out of a bottle into a glass. Captured with zoom h2 to 96khz / 24-bit pcm, cleaned up in audacity using denoise, editing and spectral delete and encoded to flac. Enjoy!.

Ambience from a concrete river near a school. Recorded on a stereo pair of akg c568 b microphones, into a sound devices 633 recorder. Trimmed in adobe audition with a gentle high pass filter, no other effects added.

During the pandemic and after i have recorded many sounds of nature in the countryside of campins (barcelona outdoors). Wind, birds nest, birds, crickets, dogs, and a lot of rain, thunder, and after rain. Enjoy this marvellous sounds of nature.

Recrding of high winds in southwest texas.

Recording that i took on a mountain in dieng (indonesia). There was this long, strange kind of grass in which the wind sounded amazing. At least i think. :).

A stark recording of a bunch of northwest winds whipping through a small town. This was recorded in december 17th 2013 during the height of the frenzy of the holiday season. I think that it why i enjoy this recording so much -- the lonely yet comforting desolate wind in contrast to the frenetic sensory overload that the holidays can sometimes be. The wind chimes are a nice touch too. Recorded on my front porch using my zoom h4n recorder and it's internal stereo microphones with the record volume on 80.

A recording of strong north winds gusting through a neighborhood. You'll hear leaves ratttling, the flapping of a big tarp, dogs in the background far away, and, one of my favorites, wind chimes. The jingling wind chimes really get going towards the end of the recording. Occassionally a loud car drives by. I sat my handy zoom h4n recorder on my front porch for this one and used the internal microphones with record volume at 80. .
